ATTENTION CLIENTS – NEW FORMS FOR 2015!

As you know, among the many changes brought on by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was the requirement to maintain insurance.

Beginning with the 2014 tax year, taxpayers must certify that they have complied with the ACA mandate or pay a penalty. Penalties can run as high as $12,400 per individual – no small amount of money.
